I ordered my usual size, but compared to the last shirt I bought, the fit was completely different. One of them felt way too big, while another in the same size was surprisingly tight. I don’t mind slight differences, but when I compare them side by side it makes it hard to know what to order next time.

I wasn’t happy with this at all. The fabric feels scratchy and stiff, so it’s not something I’d want to wear for long. On top of that, I had to deal with repeated verification steps, which just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. The quality was fine, I guess, but nothing that made me think, “Yeah, this was a good deal.” To make it more annoying, it showed up at the worst possible time, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I expected a lot more for the price and probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I checked out good hYOUman, the whole look just didn’t land for me. Some of the graphics felt super basic, and then others were all over the place, like a cluttered mess trying to be cute.
The messages didn’t help either. They came off kind of like wannabe deep nonsense, like the brand was trying way too hard to sound meaningful. Just not my thing at all, and I don’t see myself coming back for this vibe.

Ordered what looked like a soft dusty blue sweatshirt, but it showed up more gray-green. Fit was fine, but the color was way off and disappointing. Wouldn’t buy again

I really liked the fit when I first got it, and it was super comfy to wear. But after just a few washes, the fabric started looking stretched out and kind of thin. I’ve bought similar pieces from other brands around the same price, and they’ve held up a lot better. It’s not terrible, and it was cute while it lasted, but I expected better quality and probably wouldn’t buy it again...

Shipping took forever, and the tracking info was basically just there for decoration. I had to keep reaching out to support to figure out what was going on, which was super fun, obviously. Not exactly the smooth delivery experience I was hoping for.

By the time the package finally arrived, that initial excitement was completely gone and I was just annoyed. if shipping is going to be this slow, I don’t think I’d order again.

They talk a lot about kindness, but the brand came off salesy to me. It just didn’t really feel like the message matched the experience...

I thought this shirt was really cute at first, but after wearing it, you start to notice the stitching coming loose. It’s disappointing because I liked the look, but you’d expect it to hold together better.

I bought a sweatshirt from here as a birthday gift, and it was a bit disappointing compared to what I was expecting for the price. I thought it would feel more gift-worthy, but the sizing was kind of off and the packaging was plain. I felt a little awkward handing it over, which isn’t what you want with a birthday present. It’s 2026, and it’s annoying that shopping for cute basics still takes this much effort. Nice clothes don’t mean much if a huge group of people can’t actually wear them.

I tried to return a hoodie they made the whole thing way harder than it needed to be. The instructions were confusing, support took forever to get back to me, and after all that back and forth, I still had to pay for return shipping. Kind of feels like they don’t really want you to return anything. Definitely not ordering from them again.

For some reason, the site just felt kind of all over the place to me. The clothes might actually be nice, but the layout made it hard to enjoy shopping. Some pages looked really plain, while others felt a bit too crowded. The fonts and colors didn’t seem to go together either. I ended up leaving without buying anything because it just wasn’t easy or pleasant to browse.

I tried ordering twice, and both times the colors I really wanted were out of stock. I was already in a bit of a frustrated mood while shopping, so that definitely didn’t help. Annoying overall...

I bought this hoodie and washed it on cold, then dried it on low like I usually do. It still shrank a loooot and now the fit is just kind of weird. For the price, I really expected better.

I reached out to customer service about my order the wait for replies was really frustrating. I had to follow up more than once, and even then I didn’t get a clear answer, which made it feel like no one was really keeping track of what was going on.

I get that places get busy, but it’s not right to leave customers hanging when they’ve already paid and are just trying to get basic information. The whole thing ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be.
